Kinshasa- Mont-Amba: Christine Nepa Nepa instructs the proved to facilitate the construction of the Mosala resource center in the ITA Mombele concession area

A Mosala Resource Center will be built on the grounds of the Mombele Institute of Agricultural Techniques (ITA) in Kinshasa, in the Limete district. This is the gist of a letter from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education (EPST), written on Saturday, March 11, 2023, to the Provincial Education Director (PROVED) of Mont-Amba.   In this letter, Secretary General Christine Nepa Nepa instructed the PROVED of Mont-Amba, the Deputy PROVED of Limete 2, and the Dean of the aforementioned Institute to facilitate the construction of this center without hindrance.   “I instruct you to take, upon receipt of this letter, all necessary measures to facilitate, in conjunction with the Limete 2 Sub-Proved and the Academic Prefect of ITA Mombele, the unimpeded construction of the Mosala Resource Center within the concession housing ITA Mombele,” wrote the head of the EPST administration.   It should be noted that this instruction from Ms. Nepa Nepa follows the Prime Minister’s directive to the ministers of the EPST, Land Affairs, and Vocational Training and Trades to assess the viability of ITA Mombele for hosting the “Kin-Emploi” project. This assessment ultimately proved conclusive.   This project, it should be emphasized, is an initiative of the Congolese government. It falls under the supervision of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Trades.
