Develop an inclusive, modern education system that meets the needs of all Congolese children, with emphasis on teaching quality, gender equality and access to quality education for vulnerable groups.

Ensure every child—regardless of sex, ethnic origin, economic situation or place of residence—has access to quality education.

Strengthen training for teachers and education staff

Invest in continuing training for teachers and education managers to guarantee high-quality teaching, including professional development, modern pedagogy and digital technologies in the classroom.

Modernise the education system

Integrate information and communication technologies (ICT) to modernise teaching and school administration.

Promote new citizenship and republican values

Provide citizenship education that fosters freedom, fraternity, solidarity, justice, peace and work.

Improve governance and resource management

Run the education system effectively and transparently, based on reliable data, rigorous planning and close coordination with technical and financial partners.
