Appointed by Minister Tony Mwaba, Professor Bob Tshilombo replaces Professor Eddy Mwanzo as Director of Cabinet

On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, the Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education (EPST), Professor Tony Mwaba Kazadi, introduced his new Chief of Staff, Professor Robert Tshilombo Kalolo, who replaces Professor Eddy Mwanzo; both are faculty members at the University of Kinshasa’s Law School.

The ceremony, organized for the occasion, took place in the meeting room of the EPST Minister’s office, in the presence of Acting Secretary General Christine Nepa Nepa Kabala, Inspector General Jacques Odia Musungayi, and Deputy Chief of Staff Daniel Ebondo, who has just been reappointed following the departure of the two Chiefs of Staff.

For the record, Professor Eddy Mwanzo was asked—and he complied—to quietly step down from the Cabinet two weeks ago, for reasons internal to the Cabinet.
