Official message from Her Excellency the Minister of State, Minister of National Education and New Citizenship on E-Diploma

Dear graduates of the 2024–2025 State Examination, It is with great joy and deep satisfaction that I address you today to announce the availability of the first electronic diplomas (e-diplomas), generated by the diplome.cd platform. This initiative, the result of an ambitious and rigorous reform led by the Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship, aims to simplify and secure the enrollment of our students in universities, both nationally and internationally. The e-diploma is an innovative digital tool that is revolutionizing the management of state diplomas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Central Africa. This reform is fully in line with the vision of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, who places education at the heart of his political agenda. Thanks to this platform, you can now securely access your diploma and prepare for enrollment with complete peace of mind. You do not need to print it, as the platform’s security is ensured by the use of blockchain technology, thereby guaranteeing data integrity and the transparency of the process. Universities and other institutions will be able to access your diploma simply by scanning the QR code from your mobile phone or using your personal information. The General Inspectorate, the technical body overseeing this reform, is continuing its work to gradually generate diplomas from previous years. This way, all graduates—both past and present—will be able to access their data on a single platform. The app is already available on Android and iOS under the keyword “Diplome.cd”. These innovations, initiated by our ministry, pave the way for a more transparent, efficient, and rigorous educational system. They undeniably contribute to the modernization of our education sector. Dear graduates, I congratulate you once again on your success and encourage you to continue pursuing your dreams with the same determination. This new stage in your journey is a gateway to a bright future.
