The Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education (EPST), Professor Tony Mwaba Kazadi, announced in an official statement signed on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, the postponement of the National Primary School Graduation Exam (ENAFEP) in seven educational provinces.

These are: Sankuru 1, headquartered in Lodja; Sankuru 2 in Lusambo; Tshuapa 1 and 2, headquartered in Boende and Bokungu, respectively; Haut-Uélé 1 and Haut-Uélé 2 in Isiro and Watsa; and finally Bas-Uélé in Buta.

The ENAFEP will take place in these educational provinces on Monday, June 12, and Tuesday, June 13, 2023, due to the late arrival of the test material trunks at the various designated drop-off points.

The official statement specifies that the boxes of test materials were, however, stored at the carrier’s facility in a timely manner.

It should be noted that in the remaining educational provinces, the ENAFEP will take place on Thursday, June 1, and Friday, June 2, 2023, as scheduled.

As a reminder, this exam is free of charge throughout the entire country and in Congolese private or public consular schools.
