New Provincial Directors (Proved), Senior Provincial Inspectors (IPP), and Provincial Directors of SECOPE (DIPROSEC) have been assigned to several educational provinces.
This is outlined in a decree from the Ministry of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education (EPST), signed on November 26 by the minister in charge, Tony Mwaba.
The document lists the assignment of 10 Proved, including in the educational provinces of Kinshasa/Lukunga, South Kivu 3, Maniema 1, Lomami 2, Kwango 2, Mongala 2, Sankuru 1, Tshopo 2, Mai-Ndombe 1, and Tshuapa 2.
The 12 IPPs have been assigned to the educational provinces of Kinshasa/Plateau, Kinshasa/Tshangu, Kwilu 3, Kasai Central 1 and 2, Equateur 2, Kongo Central 3, Maniema 1 and 2, Mai-Ndombe 2, South Kivu 3, and Tshuapa 2.
As for the DIPROSECs, 14 educational provinces are involved, notably Kinshasa/Funa, Kasai 2, Equateur 1 and 2, South Ubangi 1 and 2, Tshuapa 1 and 2, Mongala 2, Kwilu 1, North Kivu 1, Central Kongo 2, North Ubangi 2, and Kwango 2.
Accordingly, the Secretary General has been tasked with implementing this decree, which entered into force on the date of its signature, namely November 26.
