Kinshasa Mont-Amba: from now on, Fridays will be devoted to the evaluation of the "Mercredi-itinérance" mission.

With a view to providing her superiors with a well-structured report on field visits, as mandated by Minister Tony Mwaba, the director of the Mont-Amba educational province has designated Fridays as days for evaluating the various field visits conducted by managers in the sub-sector of the educational province under her jurisdiction. Astrid Nambuji, director of this educational province, announced this on Saturday, March 18, 2023, during a meeting with the Provincial Chief Inspector, the sub-Proveds, and many other authorities within her jurisdiction. During this working meeting, which aimed to evaluate the field visits conducted on Wednesday, March 15, the head of this educational jurisdiction also emphasized the mandatory nature of these visits. “Anyone caught in the office here on that day will be severely punished,” insisted the Director of the Mont-Amba Educational Province. The Provincial Chief Inspector, for his part, reiterated the urgency of these field visits. As a reminder, “Wednesday Inspections” is a measure decreed by Minister Tony Mwaba via a circular signed on March 4. The Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education (EPST), Tony Mwaba, had specified that these inspections are intended, in particular, to consolidate and ensure the long-term sustainability of free primary education. In the same document, he emphasized that the report to be submitted after each inspection must identify the problems encountered, the corrective and enforcement measures taken, and, where appropriate, submit proposals to higher authorities.
